Jessica Lowndes is one hot babe and of course she deserves to be amongst TV Guide’s sexiest stars. Having said that, at 21 her big chin simply adds to her fierce beauty, but at 40, we’re pretty sure it’s going to reach her boobs (think carriage horses in Central Park) and we hope we’re not going to live long enough to witness it (ok, that’s a bit dramatic…we’re sure other 21 year olds will be occupying our…minds 20 some years from now).
