Gorgeous Catherine Zeta Jones is said to be one of these many celebrities who would literally do anything for a chance to play Boyle in an upcoming biopic. The Welsh actress is said to have been so impressed by Boyle’s rendering of “I Dreamed a Dream” on the popular British talent competition that she hardly waited for it to end before placing a call and voicing her intention of being considered for the lead part in the biopic, the aforementioned publication says, citing sources from inside “Britain’s Got Talent.”
“This is one of many requests we have had to play her [Miss Boyle], for movie deals and for stories of her life. All these people are coming out and want to be associated with her. She is the biggest thing in the world. It is mental.” an unnamed source from the talent competition that elevated Boyle to the status of international superstar says for the Mail. When contacted for comments on this rumor, a rep for Susan Boyle said that she would not respond in any way, while a US publicist for Catherine Zeta Jones stated that, at the moment, there were no plans for her to play Boyle.
