Britney spends millions on lawyers, has nothing left for grooming

We are willing to bet the 17 lawyers that work for Britney Spears have really nice and expensive suits. After all, they earned almost $250,000 each just by pretending to be reading some legal documents concerning Britney every time Britney’s father walked into their office (in truth, they were cutouts from Maxim, but he can’t read so it was all good).

And while Britney’s estate gave over a third of last year’s $10million spending fund to legal fees, Britney received a mere $4,500 a month for all her expenses (which being that she’s not the brightest Christmas light herself was mainly spent on Christmas decorations). That meant she could no longer afford the $10 zit cream at the drug store, the $15 haircolor tube , a decent weave, mascara that doesn’t run,  and a tube of Pond’s wrinkle defense. Hence, the mess that you see in these pictures…poor Britney..

And for those that really care (or have nothing better to do) here’s the details on how the $10million was spent:

Body guards and other security measures cost Spears $447,633. More than a third of the money paid out – $3.6 million – went to lawyers. At least 17 attorneys have worked on personal and business matters connected to Spears since February 2008. Her father’s attorneys alone billed $1 million.

A family court judge ordered the conservatorship to pay her ex-husband’s attorney $625,000 as part of the settlement of the divorce and custody cases. By court order, Spears paid her former husband, Kevin Federline, $178,818 in support for their two sons and $168,790 to her father for acting as conservator.

She received $55,500 in spending money. Spears spent $3,400 on Christmas decorations and $5,840 to have her holiday lights removed.
