Jessica Biel thinks she's too pretty for Hollywood

So check this out. A girl with a mediocre talent in acting becomes a household name and has her posters hanging in every adolescent boy’s bedroom because of her good looks (and perky butt), but is now complaining that her beauty and sexiness is what’s holding her back, even going as far as to declare that casting agents don’t even want to see her, let alone give her an audition because she’s too sexy! Apparently Jessica Biel has never heard of Scarlett Johansson or Charlize Theron…

We’re just thinking that after watching her strut a yoga ball in Stealth (and propping her ass accordingly so they could get a better shot of it) everyone was convinced that if it wasn’t for her good looks, her acting could sink a movie faster than the Titanic went down.

So this is what Jessica had to say to Allure Magazine (whose cover she graces for the June Issue – and only because she’s ugly):

“I’m in there with everybody else, fighting for the good parts. Yes, ‘The Illusionist’ has made a difference — but a huge, massive difference, so I can pick and choose what I want? No. I just want an opportunity. If you don’t like the audition, don’t hire me! … But if you don’t want to even see me — that’s hurtful. And why? You know nothing about me! OK, maybe you might have seen me in some movie you didn’t like. But…I’m a very 360-person.”

So to be taken seriously (and ensure no more of her stripping movies go straight to DVD) she’s decided to put a no-nudity clause in her contracts and is now choosing body doubles when the movie requires some skin.

“That was a weird experience,” she explains. “I watched as all these women were coming through, bare-breasted and wearing thongs, and I was trying to put them at ease, saying, ‘Hi, I’m Jessica, thanks soooo much for coming in!’”

“I tried to get breasts that I thought were most similar to mine; I mean, we’re not dealing with a whole lot going on here,” she added. “But a little smaller and perkier in the butt? OK, I did want that.”
