Is Rose McGowan the ghost of MJ faces past?

Rose McGowan has had her fair share of plastic surgery.  She’s got a face that looks like it would melt if a warm breeze blew on it too hard.  But the effect of her dark hair, red lips and pale plastic-y skin as she left West Hollywood restaurant, Cecconi’s, eerily reminded us of Michael Jackson.  Hey, maybe she wants to pay tribute to the King of Pop in her own crazy way?  One thing’s for certain, MJ would never have gone out to dinner without his famous surgical mask somewhere nearby.  Maybe Rose ought to take up the habit and cover her mug because that body is the only thing she’s got going for her these days.
