Jessica Simpson is sort of the Jennifer Aniston of the pop music world. She’s just so unlucky in love! The curvy singer was dumped again, this time by her Dallas Cowboys QB boyfriend Tony Romo, and the day before her birthday (July 10) no less. A source close to the star spoke with People Magazine about the break up: “She is heartbroken,” says the source. “She loves Tony. But it’s been difficult lately. He’s busy with his career and she’s getting ready to shoot her show (The Price of Beauty). They decided to part ways.”
According People, Simpson had planned to throw a Barbie and Ken-themed party for her birthday, but the whole ‘getting dumped’ thing really threw a wrench in her plans. She took to Twitter to celebrate her birthday instead: “Barbie party didn’t happen, but I turned 29 and feel like I am on top of the world yelling I LOVE GETTING OLDER!” she wrote.
Um, no wonder he broke up with her. No man should have to go to a Barbie and Ken themed birthday after the age of 8. However, this pair has a history of breaking up and making up. Is it really over for good this time?
