Well, looky here. Mischa Barton is out of the loony bin and in New York City to supposedly start filming on her CW series, “The Beautiful Life.” Rumors are still swirling as to why she was put there in the first place, but a few sources have spoken with E! Online:
“She tried to kill herself,” claims the source close to Barton, who also asserts that Mischa had also been let go—and later rehired—from the soap.
“She was being crazy that day [when she went to Cedars Sinai Medical Center],” says another knowledgeable source, who had direct dealings with Ms. B right before she entered Cedars in Los Angeles, reportedly involuntarily under a psychiatric hold, for “medical reasons.”
That’s some serious stuff. We hope Mischa is feeling better and lays off the coke and booze for a little while. It’s eerie how she’s started living out her OC character, Marissa’s plot lines in real life. We don’t want to see you get in a car crash and die in the arms of your hunky loner boyfriend, Misch, get your shit together.
