From the neck down, Ciara’s look is totally her own because RiRi would never be caught in such a ridiculous outfit. The campaign is meant to raise awareness for the dangers of texting while driving. To us, though, Ciara looks like a walking PSA for the dangers of trying to look like a way hotter star than she’ll ever be.
