Jessica Simpson gets smashed with sister Ashlee

Poor Jessica Simpson can’t catch a break.  First she gets dumped right before her birthday, then she gets bad press for using the racially insensitive phrase “indian giver.”  So how does she deal with all this?  Why, Jessica drinks her cares away with little sis Ashlee.  The girls were spotted looking rather tipsy as they departed from LA sushi haunt, Katsuya.

Jess needed a little help standing up as she made her way to her car, and Ashlee was there for her to lean on.  Isn’t that was sisters are for?  It really is heartwarming to know that despite any past rivalries, these two have learned to get along and take care of each other.   We can just imagine that when they got home, Ashlee was there to hold back Jessica’s blonde hair as she yakked into the porcelain throne.
