Mischa Barton had The Beautiful Life to keep her from falling asleep face down in a club’s toilet bowl every night, but that is no longer the case. Things have now taken an ugly turn since the show has been cancelled only after two shows.
With a mere 1,000,000 semi-conscious viewers tuning in to watch Mischa pretend she’s a supermodel (i.e lower ratings than a repeat of “Magic’s Biggest Secrets Revealed” on My Network TV), CW decided the show would be the first in line for this fall’s scheduled guilotine executions. And get this: Mischa and the rest of the cast were informed while filming the 7th episode, and producers dismantled the set right then and there.
Effective next week repeats of “Melrose” will most likely fill the time slot for CW.
Oh well, we hear those catatonic “guests” at the psych hospitals are really good listeners so Mischa is bound to make lots of new friends…

Wow nothing but bad luck for Mischa, maybe its time for her to consider a different career…. maybe modeling?
