Katrina Bowden is in Miami to celebrate her 21st birthday (bash taking place at LIV nightclub). And to match her 30 Rock character as the ditsy secretary with the mini dresses and skirts, she went for a tempting, itsy bikini while splashing in the water near the Fontainebleau Resort. As for the ditsy part, we really don’t know…but who cares…with a body like this one, all we want to do is celebrate…maybe by eating some birthday cake off of her?
