Kelly Rowland gives birth to a kettlebell on the beach in Miami

Here’s Kelly Rowland looking like she’s pushing out a big one right on the sand in Miami beach. In truth, Kelly was busting out some unladylike moves due to her kettlebell exercises which she was doing on the beach, fully clothed, before breaking into a sweat and deciding to take off the clothes and go for a dip…which is all backwards because in the kettlebell exercise manual they insist you perform them when you’re wearing a tiny bikini and you’re soaking wet…especially the lunges.
