Sex with a minor? The age of consent is 16 most places (and it is 15 in France), so she is perfectly legal most places in the world so what is the big deal?

exactly the age of consent varies from state to state, granted California AoC is 18. So as long as he doesn’t mess around with her there all is good. Age of consent where I am is 16.
