Because Miley Cyrus has a direct line to Jesus and knows exactly what he approves of (she hangs up the phone and pretends she can’t hear it ringing when using the stripper pole) she took to her Twitter account last year to announce her support of gay unions. Which would have been fine had she not miscalculated the shocking number of fellow southern hicks plugged into the internet.

Miley was bombarded with sickening hate mail after pledging her support for gay marriage last year (09).
The teen star took to her Twitter.com page last April (09) to throw her support behind a campaign for same-sex unions, writing: “Jesus loves you AND your partner and wants you to know how much he cares! That’s like a daddy not loving his lil boy cuz (sic) he’s gay and that is WRONG and very sad! Like I said everyone deserves to be happy (sic).”
But the Hannah Montana star’s comments sparked outrage among readers – and she eventually deleted her Twitter account after receiving a barrage of hate-filled messages.
She tells Parade magazine, “That’s the reason I deleted my Twitter account because I said on there that I believed in gay marriage because everyone should have the right to love each other, and I got such hate mail about my being a bad person.
“There has been so much controversy sometimes about what I’ve said or done because I believe there are no mistakes because God is the only one who can judge us.”
