Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is having one horrible month. Normally, it’s quite fun to make fun of the sluts and idiots of Teen Mom 2, because… well, they’re sluts and idiots. But, Leah Messer, especially after the month she’s had, probably deserves sympathy and not scorn… at least this once.
Life handed her a truly shitty hand when she suffered a horrible miscarriage less than one month ago. But, fate wasn’t done with her yet… This past weekend, Leah was leaving a movie theater in West Virginia with her fiance Jeremy Calvert when she was jumped and beaten by a group of women.
TMZ reported the following: ’19-year-old Leah is telling friends and family… she had just left the theater with her fiance Sunday night when an older woman began following her and calling her names… Leah insists she tried to tell the woman to leave her alone… two other girls appeared out of nowhere and the three chicks opened a can of whoopass all over Leah’s face.
‘Sources say Leah’s fiance, and a security guard, managed to pull the three women off the MTV star… We’re told Leah did not recognize any of her attackers … but Leah’s mother has since gone to Twitter in an effort to try and identify the assailants.’
TMZ also managed to get a hold of a photo of Leah after the incident [pictured above] showing her with a swollen cheek and a reddened face and neck. She intends on filing a police report soon, as well… Though, it’s quite curious as to why the police weren’t called directly after the beating. Hmm… food for thought.
