Ashlee Simpson got the urge to “fornicate” with hubby at the MTV Australia Awards

Oh, bless’em…Pingu (that’s for Penguin) the Japanese cartoon character and his “Snow White:the Readhead version” wife are so adorable together. And because rumour has it they are having marital problems (read i’m tired of being at home all the time breastfeeding your offspring while you’re out there partying like a 13 year-old on speed) they felt the urge to reassure us of their love (and eagerness to further procreate) by tongue-kissing on stage at the 2009 Australian MTV Awards (which Pete hosted). And to further seal the deal, Ashlee proceeded to prove she is as much of an airhead as Jessica fighting-the-bulge Simpson. She said: “Sorry we haven’t seen each other in a while, so we’re going to find a quiet place to go fornicate.”

In other Australian MTV Awards related news, Audrina Patridge was playing red carpet host and was assigned the task of “gossiping” and “chatting” as guests walked by. As both of these words were foreign to Audrina (it’s all Kangaroo-lingo to her), there was a lot of dead air which was fortunately edited later on.
