Being in Porn Didn't Turn Out Well. Surprise!

It turns out being in porn is everything that Montana Fishburne dreamed of! Sure, there are a ton of huge dicks, but there are some downsides, too. She claims she got screwed by her sex tape partner. They did some extra-nasty work on the side and it is getting leaked. Now she’s hired some lawyers to clean up the mess.

Fishburne’s legal team fired sent some angry cease and desist letters to a porn star named Brian Pumper. Basically, these letters were demanding that his production company immediately stop all sales of “Phattys Rhymes & Dimes 14.” This awesomely named video happens to feature a scene between Montana and Brian.

According to the letters, Montana never signed a release for Brian to use the X-rated material in his video. Montana agreed to get dirty in front of Pumper’s cameras because Brian offered to help her “practice” for her big debut with Vivid Entertainment and the footage wasn’t supposed to be sold. (That is the sound of us laughing hysterically.)

So far, we’re told Pumper has not responded to the letters.
