Ciao, Bella!  How do you say hello big fake boobies in Italian?  We’re sure Elisabetta Gregoraci could teach us. The hot plaything of Formula One manager Flavio Briatore, 59, spent a day splashing in the waves.

Has anyone seen this woman in anything other than lingerie or a bikini?  We’re assuming when she wed her much older hubby, she put on a full wedding gown, but we can’t be so sure.  If we were Flavio, we’d insist on Elisabetta flaunting her juicy curves as much as possible, too.
