The now-gold-toothed Ke$ha was seen outside of a beauty salon where they obviously failed miserably, since was wearing an absurd, over-sized tiger mask. We’re not quite sure where she stands on the global hotness scale, but it’s got to be somewhere between John Goodman and Rosie O’Donnell.
