Lindsay Lohan is sponsoring Michael Lohan's boxing opponent on Jan.15

Nah, we’re just messing with you…unless promising daddy’s opponent a life-long supply of free coke if he beats him down to a pulp counts as a sponsorship. To explain, yesterday Michael Lohan announced he will fight the only person willing to get into a ring with him, an aspiring actor nobody ever heard of by the name of Derek Macintosh during a press conference for Celebrity Boxing 16, scheduled for January 15 in Philadelphia.

Lohan failed in his prior bid to fight former BFF Jon Gosselin, but the card features another character involved in the fiasco, Jon’s ex Kate Major, who will act as a referee…at which point we’re willing to bet Kate was approached by Lindsay and promised help with setting Jon Gosselin on fire, or at least what’s left of his apartment if she turns a blind eye to her crawling from under the ring and kicking daddy in the balls with her cowboy boot spurs.
