Lindsay's legal woes land her back in court

23-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan was ordered back into an LA court today (October 16) after a probation report found she failed to comply to attend alcohol counseling, stemming from an earlier charge.  The skinny trainwreck showed up to the Los Angeles Superior Court, albeit an hour and a half late, and proceeded to claim she missed her treatment because she was busy with work.

For a woman who is followed around constantly by the paparazzi, and tweets the happenings of the rest of her off-camera life, it should be obvious to the court and everyone else that Lindsay hasn’t “worked” more than a couple weeks out of the past few years.  Having drunken lesbian screaming matches is not a job, nor is jet-setting to every major city that has a fashion week.

In the end, Lindsay got off with an extra year of probation to complete her treatment, but the judge warned that the next slip-up would end in jail time.  If she does end up in jail again, at least Lindsay will be more comfortable than the first time, when she didn’t have any lesbian experience under her belt.
