Paris Hilton has a new man…and hard nipples

Paris Hilton has been dating the same man for two consecutive weekends, which in her book, makes him a long-term boyfriend. His name is Cy Waits, he’s a nightclub/restaurant mogul in Las Vegas and he’s currently being tested by doctors for leprosy. And so is his brother (he has an identical twin, and Paris is not good at picking up the subtle differences). Notice that we didn’t mention Paris’s pokies in these latest pics (coming out of a hair salon in Beverly Hills). And that’s because we were too distracted by the bulge in her latex pants.
