Former Playboy model Victoria Silvstedt proves that balloon boobs can actually come in handy in circumstances not involving speeding tickets.  Case in point, the surgically enhanced blonde inflated her chest to max capacity on a Sardinian beach and could have used it as a floation device if anyone in the water needed saving.  We’re surprised there weren’t men tossing themselves into the sea and pretending to drown just to see if they could get closer to Victoria’s (not so) secrets.
