Who's airbrushing Julia Roberts's jelly belly?

A week or so ago, US Magazine had a story on Julia Roberts and her vacation in Hawaii with her family, gushing about how good and toned she looked, especially her stomach. The picture used (see below), shows Julia in the same outfit and jewellery, but without the stretchmarks and loose skin…

Alas, the truth is that Julia Roberts has long received her membership into the Mommy Jelly Belly club (and we are certain that running around displaying all that crepey softness must make her a heroine in the eyes of all those fellow mommy sufferers) and that is why she refuses to do nude scenes in movies.

On the subject of performing nude, she says, “I won’t do nudity in films. To act with my clothes on is a performance. To act with my clothes off is a documentary.” Yes, seeing her belly in close-up would feel like watching a National Geographic piece…documenting the African tandras with all their cracks and craters…all in dire need of some rain to even them out…or in Julia’s case a tummy tuck…
