We have all heard the stories of the famous, ‘Loch Ness Monster.’ But, how many people actually believe the stories? We’re willing to bet not many. However, you just might want to think twice before you dismiss this secretive creature.

On Feb. 2, Hjortur Kjerulf filmed what some people believe is Iceland’s Loch Ness Monster swimming in the water of a lake. As you can see from the video above, it does appear that there is some sort of creature swimming in the water. It appears to move in a way you might see a snake move. To the average viewer this might be enough evidence to conclude that this creature is real.

But, Loren Coleman, director of the International Cryptozoology Museum in Portland, Maine says not so fast. Coleman has studied and written about this creature in his book “Field Guide to Lake Monsters and Sea Serpents” and Coleman has some doubts about this video…

 ”What concerns me the most is the robotic look of this creature. If you look at the head, it appears like somebody’s put a constructed anaconda head there, and behind it, the natural movement of a snake should give much more flowing curve to the sections.

What concerned me immediately was when I saw the tail section moving in unison with the next section; there’s no movement in that one section as it goes side-to-side. A snake moves in a sort of ‘s’ curve. But in this video, you get a blocking of the movement of the creature, which tells us it’s probably very artificial.”

Coleman said on his website that what you see in the video might have been made by the use of “a robot with tarps, fish nets or trash bags.”

Sadly, it looks like this video is another hoax. But, we’d like to believe that somewhere out there the Loch Ness Monster and Bigfoot are laughing at us.

Well, motorcyclists, it looks like your ladies and your mommas won’t have any reason to keep you from riding your beloved bike — not with this inflatable suit that is designed to puff up less than a second after impact.

Rejean Neron, a Canadian inventor, has integrated modern air bag technology to develop a motorcyclist suit reminiscent of the blueberry from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. But… it could, indeed save lives.

According to IdeaConnection.com, ‘the Safety Sphere concept suit is made up of two layers- a tough outer layer made of a thin, parachute-like fabric and an inner thin elastic layer. The suit is connected to the motorcycle by a cord that disconnects when the passengers are thrown from the motorcycle, triggering an electric signal. A canister of nitrocellulose fires when the signal is sent, inflating the suit in just 0.05 seconds.’ That is five hundredths of a second, ladies and gentlemen.

The coolest thing about this suit — other than the fact that it’ll save your life and you’ll look like a melon ball — is that you won’t have to actually collide with the ground to activate it. Meaning — unlike regular air bag tech, where you actually have to first make contact before it deploys — this suit inflates while you are still airborn.

So, go tell your mommas/your girlfriends/your wives all about the Safety Sphere… cause you’re goin’ to get you a bike! Well… you shouldn’t really jump the gun, though… the guy still has to get funding first.

Yeah, whoever came up with that was either brilliant or a complete idiot. Do they really think we buy that? MIA’s middle finger flip during her performance with Madonna at the Super Bowl’s halftime show wasn’t the cause ‘adrenaline and nerves.’ It was the cause of bitch badassness.

MIA, a British hip-hop artist under Interscope records most known for the hit Paper Planes, may be in a bit of a pickle for flipping America the bird. During the song ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’ of Madonna’s Halftime show that sucked donkey balls the thirty-six year old rapper propped her high-heeled toe on the podium, stared into the camera, spat the line ‘I don’t give a s**t,’ and then flipped us off. And, even though NBC was unable to obscure the gesture and obscenities before it aired, it seems that it won’t be the NFL or NBC that are held liable… but Ms. MIA.

That doesn’t mean that the NFL and NBC haven’t done their fair share of finger pointing themselves, though. Immediately after the finger seen round the world was broadcast, both jumped to blaming the other. NBC says that the NFL is responsible because they set up the show and hired the talent, aka MIA. The NFL, on the other hand, blames NBC for not catching the stunt and preventing it from airing in the first place. Besides, we all remember the Janet Jackson Nipple Slip debacle for which the FCC charged a fine of a whopping $550,000

But, it seems that neither NBC nor the NFL will be taking the financial heat for this one, because TMZ got word that the NFL demanded that MIA sign a contract stating that if they were fined for anything caused by her behavior, then it would be her pocketbook that suffered and not theirs.

MIA’s crew seems to be focusing on damage control at the moment, though, with one unnamed member stating that the flying bird was caused by ‘a case of adrenaline and nerves. She wasn’t thinking… It wasn’t any kind of statement. She was caught in the moment and she’s incredibly sorry.’ Yeeeeah, mm-hmm…

The Daily Fix has gotten hold of a video of a physical altercation that took place between Justin Bieber’s bodyguard and a member of the paparazzi.

Justin arrived this afternoon at LAX where he jumped into a waiting SUV. But, a photog decided he wasn’t done taking pics of the superstar and jumped in front of the vehicle, snapping away. When he was asked multiple times to remove his fat ass from in front of the vehicle,the former Israeli soldier turned bodyguard exited the vehicle to escort the pap to the sidewalk.

But, the paparazzo took offense… and in turn took a swing. The bodyguard jumped into action, obviously pissed, getting the photog into a headlock. This is when the video starts to roll, showing us the ensuing altercation — most of which is one big dude holding down an even bigger dude.

That is, until the cops show up. At this point, the security guard eases up on the big guy, allowing him to break free. But, instead of backing out as a sane person would, the photog proceeds to throw the former soldier to the ground by the straps of his backpack. Bad move, dude. Because, even though the cops had just arrived and a police officer was stepping up to take control of the situation, the guard wasn’t gonna take that one lying down. So, as the police officer runs to grab hold of the photog, the guard throws a right, bashing big dude’s face. Niiiice…

What an idiot, though, really. Why would you throw a punch AFTER the cops get there? Hmph, nevertheless, it made for some badass footage. Oh, and an assault with a deadly weapon charge for the photog. Yup, life sucks dude. Moral of the story? Don’t get Bieber Fever, it can land you in the big house.

Uh-oh. It looks like Gisele knows a thing or two about football because when Giants fans started bothering her about Brady’s performance, she fought back. She tried to ignore them and just brush it off, but in the end she just couldn’t hold back her feelings. The insider.com is the one who taped the incident.

In the video above you can hear Gisele say, “You (have) to catch the ball when you’re supposed to catch the ball. My husband cannot [expletive] throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can’t believe they dropped the ball so many times.”

Snap! I bet those Giants fans didn’t expect to hear that. She does have a point, New England dropped at least four catchable balls and really I think five. It’s nice to see Gisele sticking up for her man, but I am not so sure he will be happy that she badmouthed his teammates. No matter how mad you are, you have to stand behind your team — even when your team sucks.

Apparently that is something Gisele has yet to learn about sports. But that‘s okay, she is still really hot.

Harps. Pom poms. Men in togas. Tightropes. Crazy horned headpieces.  Yep, that was pretty much Madonna’s Super Bowl halftime show right there.

Madonna — the one wearing the crazy horned headpiece and strumming the mini harp — certainly gave us quite a show at halftime of the Giants/Patriots game. But… was it a good one? Hmm… good question. Madge being chosen as the headliner for the show has been the object of controversy for weeks, seeing as how her music isn’t exactly headlining right now. People weren’t sure if she would be able to measure up. And… well… let’s just be honest here — she didn’t.

The costumes chosen for the show were outrageously ignorant — Roman themed togas turned cheerleaders on crack turned gospel chorus; but you can’t really blame that part on Madonna, right? She wasn’t the one to come up with such a stupid concept. But, the music… yeah, we can definitely blame her for that one.

Oh, I know what you’re thinking, ‘The music was good. It sounded just like it did on the album.’ Exactly! That is the point — it sounded just like it did on the album. And what does that mean, ladies and gents? It means that she lip-synched through the performance — which is simply shameful for someone who is supposed to be the Queen of Pop.

But, it wasn’t all bad. Nicki Minaj’s performance, even though it took up all of twenty seconds — was spot on. But, when is Nicki not spot on? And, MIA — the other female guest performer — did grace the cameras with the bird. That’s always awesome, right? When a performer pulls something that can’t be edited out quickly enough, like — mm-hmm — Janet Jackson’s nipple.

But, there was one awesome thing about this year’s halftime show — other than Nicki’s twenty second spit session — and that was when Madonna left the stage. Yeah… I said it.

Melanie Amaro has been relatively quiet these last few months since winning first place on X-Factor, but she is making a comeback… just to knock Elton John on his ass.

Super Bowl commercials are all the rave this month, with the ever famous Matthew Broderick’s Day Off for the Honda CR-V. But,the most coveted Super Bowl commercial spot — by far — would be for Pepsi. And America’s chosen girl actually landed that coveted spot, and humbly said ‘Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would be starring in a Pepsi Super Bowl commercial, following in the footsteps of some of music’s biggest legends. Winning The X Factor has changed my life.’

And, indeed, there have been some legends that have performed in Pepsi’s big commercials, including Brittany Spears, Michael J. Fox, Cindy Crawford, and — of course — the dancing Pepsi bears. But, this year’s Pepsi Super Bowl ad will feature the new millionairess Melanie Amaro who gave her all when she sang Aretha Franklin’s Respect to the kingdom’s dictator, Elton John, in a medieval inspired commercial.
So, check out the very best of Pepsi’s Super Bowl commercials below. But, Melanie showed that she was definitely the queen when she belted out that high note… and then knocked King Elton John right on his royal rump.

‘Bueller… Bueller… Bueller… Bueller…’ Brings you back, doesn’t it? Brings you back to a time when men could wear berets and not be thought of as insane. A time when ‘The Rat Pack’ would bring thoughts of the hottest of Hollywood, not a package of rat poison. A time when misfits were the it thing, and a time when Ferris Bueller ran the world.

For all of you born past about 1990, you may not remember Ferris Fever, but for all of you born before that time… how could we ever forget the antics of Bueller and his pals on that infamous day off?

But, what does Ferris Bueller’s Day Off have anything to do with the Superbowl, you ask? Well, Matthew Broderick and the guys at Honda have brought Ferris back for an homage that, frankly, kicks butt. They never had to mention Cameron’s name, Principal Rooney’s name, or even Ferris’ name, but the new commercial for Honda’s CR-V, aptly named ‘Matthew Broderick’s Day Off,’ brings Ferris back in a whole new light, and to a whole to generation.

Let’s be honest here — many people only watch the Superbowl for the stellar commercials, and this will certainly be one for the books — right up there with ‘Bud’ Weis’ ‘Eeeer.’ The two minute and thirty second video that has been released will be squashed down to only sixty seconds and played in the coveted fourth quarter commercial line up in Sunday’s Giants/Patriots game.

So, let’s pay our own homage to Ferris and his infamous antics with all of the very best clips and lines (videos available below) from his day off. And, we’ve also gotten our hands on the full two and a half minute skit: Matthew Broderick’s Day Off.

Ja Rule, former Murder Inc. rapper, is locked up in Mid-State Correctional Facility for two years on a gun possession, and — of course — unpaid taxes. But, unlike every other sane person, Ja isn’t having too bad of a time in lock-up. In fact, the rapper went so far as to call prison ‘amazing.’

In a recent interview with Daily News, Ja Rule — real name Jeffrey Atkins (oh… so that’s where the JA comes from) told reporters that he’s been having a good ‘ol time in the state lock up. Why? Well, his newfound happiness is due to two friends he’s met, friends Ja says he wouldn’t have had the opportunity to meet had he been on the ‘outside.’

And who are these wonderful friends? Well, the Washington Post reported that Ja has chummed up with ‘Alan Hevesi and Dennis Kozowski. Hevesi is an ex-New York City comptroller serving time for corruption charges. Kozowski is a former Tyco CEO convicted of stealing money from the company.’ Yeah… great pals ya got that there, Ja.

Atkins had this to say about his shower buddies: ‘“Outside, you don’t meet guys like this every day. This place is amazing,.. Koz just got out on work release. Not to say I wish he was still here… But they’re both great, smart guys…’ Wow… just, wow. Check out the video of the interview — it’s a doozy.
