Justin Bieber Punks the Media!

Justin Bieber was apparently really bored this past week and decided to play a little trick on everyone. It all started after a performance at the Tacoma Dome in Washington. After playing that show he sent out a few tweets claiming his camera and computer was stolen,

“Yesterday during the show me and my tour manager Josh had some stuff stolen. Really sucks. People should respect others’ property.” Bieber tweeted.

And then he really got deep in the prank when he staged a fake Twitter war with the “thief” that stole his personal items. The thief threatened to release a damaging piece of evidence against the 18-year-old pop start at noon yesterday.

So, what happened at noon yesterday? Well, a video of Justin Bieber did come out…but it was the music video for “Beauty and a Beat” which features the one and only Nicki Minaj. After releasing the video, Bieber went on Twitter and came clean,

“since I was 14 I have had a lot of things said about me, from dying, to taking hormones, to dying again, to stuff about my family…to saying I had a baby with a woman I never even met, nude pics, drugs, my family, my character…but today…today I get to be in on it…” Bieber tweeted to his followers.

Does anyone else think he’s being a little bit dramatic? And does anyone else find it funny how he says, “Since I was 14” — he does realize that’s only four years, right? I think there are a lot of people around the world who are dealing with real problems and have been for a lot longer than four years.
