LeAnn Rimes Is In Rehab?

Disappointing news for all of you guys out there that were enjoying the constant bikini pictures of LeAnn Rimes. The 30-year-old country singer has checked herself into a 30-day treatment center to cope with “anxiety and stress.”

Some of the stress might come from the fact that she was involved in strange love triangle, which involved the destruction of two marriages. A rep for Rimes released the following statement to People.com,

“LeAnn has voluntarily entered a 30-day in-patient treatment facility to cope with anxiety and stress. While there will be speculation regarding her treatment, she is simply there to learn and develop coping mechanisms.”

Rimes also released a statement,

“This is just a time for me to emotionally check out for a second and take care of myself and come back in 30 days as the best 30-year-old woman I can be. All the things in my life will be there when I get out, but you know what? I’m hoping they’re not going to affect me as much…I’ll have the tools to know how to deal with them.”

So, basically it’s just another vacation? I miss the good ol’ days when celebrities used to check into rehab because they were addicted to hardcore drugs. Now they check into rehab to take a break from real life and drink Starbucks all day. When did going to rehab become so damn glamorous? It used to mean that you were so messed up that your family decided to just ship your ass to rehab. They would only serve their coffee black, and you’d have to share a room with some psycho who is missing a limb.

This world is clearly going downhill.
