Lindsay Lohan Assaulted In Hotel Room?

Lindsay Lohan again finds herself the middle of some controversy and again it looks like she was lying about the whole thing. The shenanigans took place early Sunday morning when Lindsay was hanging out with a couple of friends in a hotel room. Christian LaBella was also in the hotel room after Lindsay and Christian met each other at a nightclub and apparently hit it off.

However, things allegedly took a nasty turn when he started to take photos of Lindsay Lohan on his cell phone. Lindsay noticed Christian taking the photos and grabbed his phone from his hand, and then sh*t got crazy! According to Lindsay, LaBella threw her on the bed, punched her, choked her and scratched her. At one point Lindsay even claims that she was thrown on the ground by LaBella.

The police were called and Labella was eventually arrested and charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault, but all of the charges were dropped shortly after. NYPD investigators determined that no crime was committed and LaBella was released.

Lohan’s rep is not happy about the whole situation, “It’s both distressing and outrageous…and there should be a consequence for that.” Steve Honig (Lohan’s rep) said.

I’m sorry, Steve…but I am going to trust the NYPD on this one. If they dropped all the charges, then I am sure they had a pretty good reason.
