Amanda Bynes Arrested for DUI!

This is a shock to no one. Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI this morning, first reported by TMZ. She was arrested at around 3 a.m. in West Hollywood after she tried to pass a police car in her BMW and ended up side-swiping the cop car.

The cop pulled her over (shocker) and determined she was not fit to be driving and took her drunk ass to jail. Bail was set at $5,000 and she was released at around 1:30pm eastern time. Cameras were there to greet her, and even asked her, “if she learned her lesson” but she walked right by them without saying a word.

The 26-year-old actress was caught last month getting into her car while intoxicated. A TMZ cameraman even warned the valet not to let Amanda drive, but she took off anyways.
