Amanda Bynes Charged With DUI, Asks President Obama for Help

Amanda Bynes is a joke, and it’s a shame really. She used to be the one telling the jokes and making everyone laugh, and while she is still making people laugh…it’s for a completely different reason.

Bynes has been charged for her April 6 DUI and she is now asking the President for help! “I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me” she tweeted to Barack Obama’s Twitter. Does she really think Obama is going to read her tweet? And does she really think he would do anything about? She knows we’re still fighting wars and fighting our economy, right?

The charge Bynes is facing is just a misdemeanor charge of DUI since she is a first time offender. The maximum penalty would be 48 hours in jail, three years probation and nine month alcohol program. She could also lose her driver’s license for a year.

Amanda could end up getting the maximum charge, considering all of her other driving fails after the April 6 incident. Remembering the whole driving while texting thing? The U-turn fiasco? Yeah…maybe it’s best if she loses her driver’s license for awhile.
