Erin Moran (Happy Days Star) is Broke and Living in a Trailer!

Joanie, is that you? What happened? Is Chachi not treating you right?

Erin Moran who played Joanie Cunningham on the incredibly popular TV show, ‘Happy Days’ was just evicted from her home in California and is now living in a trailer park in New Salisbury, Indiana. Moran is sharing the trailer with her husband and his mother, so it’s probably one crowded trailer.

If you think about it; it’s really not all the that surprising. She hasn’t really landed too many gigs since Happy Days. She got that horrible spin-off, ‘Joanie Loves Chachi’ which was a freaking disaster. It looks like her last TV appearance was a guest appearance on, ’The Bold and the Beautiful’ that should tell you right there how far her career has fallen.

There might be a light at the end of the Salisbury steak tunnel, though. A judge has recently ruled that Erin and her Happy Days co-stars may seek back royalties from DVD sales of the show in court. The group’s unpaid royalties are worth between $250,000-500,000

Why doesn’t she just call Ron Howard and ask him to help a sista’ out?
