Justin Bieber Beat Up Someone?

That is a headline we thought we would never write. Justin can dance, sing, play the drums…but beat someone up? No way!

Justin Bieber is being accused of battery against a celebrity photographer. The photographer claims in the police report that he tried to take Justin Bieber’s picture around noon yesterday outside a mall in Calabasas called The Commons. Bieber who was with his girlfriend Selena Gomez got angry and some kind of physical confrontation took place, and the photographer ended up being taken to the hospital because of pain in his upper torso.

However, it appears that his side of the story might not be that truthful. TMZ was able to speak with witnesses and they say the photographer was blocking Bieber’s car, Bieber asked him to move and then a scuffle took place when the photographer refused to move. After the “fight” was over, an attorney approached the photographer and told him how he could get a lot of money if he called an ambulance and pressed charges.

Weak, man. Does this photographer not have any pride? He wants people to believe he got beat up by a guy who uses “fondue” in a rap? Come on now…
