Lifetime to Air Whitney Houston Family Reality Show

That’s right, folks. The family of Whitney Houston will be getting their own reality show because…why not? Lifetime just released a press release that promotes, ‘The Houston Family Chronicles’, a docu-series that will follow around the entire Whitney Houston family. Including Pat Houston, Bobbi Kristina and Cissy Houston,

“The tragic loss of Whitney left a void in the hearts of people all over the world, but certainly none more so than her beloved family. In this series, the multi-generations of the Houston family will bravely reveal their lives as they bond together to heal, love, and grow.” Rob Sharenow, Executive Vice President, Programming, of Lifetime Networks said.

Pat Houston claims that she had been in discussion with the network for awhile, even before the death of Whitney Houston. She says that Whitney Houston’s death will certainly affect the direction of the show. She said she hopes the show will let people see how to deal with death.
