Teen Mom Season 4 Will be the Final Season for Original Cast

We were all wondering how many more seasons the original Teen Mom cast had in them and now we know. It looks like the upcoming fourth season will be their last. That means if you have fallen in love with, Farrah, Amber, Catelynn and Maci, you have one last season to enjoy them all. MTV has confirmed this, so it is official and not just another rumor,

“Season 4 will be the final season of Teen Mom with Maci, Catelynn, Amber and Farrah. They will continue to a part of our MTV family. We’re thankful to these brave young women for sharing their stories and helping to make a positive impact on teen pregnancy prevention.” MTV said.

We are kind of saddened by this news. Sure, there will probably be another season of Teen Mom 2 and there is even going to be a Teen Mom 3 with all new girls. But none of them will ever beat the original cast members. It’s just like when people try to make a sequel to a movie. Yeah, sometimes it’s decent, but it will never replace the original.

Hopefully we will still hear from the cast down the road. Maybe a reunion special in a year or two?
