MALE Polish — Alright or All Wrong?

We’ve all heard of murses, manliner, and even moobs (hey, had to throw that one in there), but MALE polish? Yes, yes, another terrible play on words for something that’s originally designed for a woman but is now okay for a man. But… colored nail polish for men? Is that taking it a bit too far, or is it just the next step in this androgynous age?

Black nail polish — that’s okay. It’s goth and badass and can be sexy as hell on the right man… just ask Jared Leto. But bright PINK??? Baby blue, canary yellow, and freakin’ PINK???

However, according to the polish company BB. men can be pretty in pink, too. With their new line of Couture for Men, males with lacquered nails can still be manly. With names like ‘Golf Pro,’ ‘Coal Miner,’ and ‘Bullfighter’ men everywhere are taking to the new trend.

Men like who? Well, Cash Warren (Jessica Alba’s hubs) for instance, tried to prove that men can rock pink when he wore PINK polish!!! But, he’s not the only one. Seal also emerged sporting the new fad with bright yellow nails; but, even they’re not as shocking as Hollywood’s A-lister and resident head hunk — Johnny Depp was even spotted out all lacquered up, rocking blue Male polish on his rugged and manly hands.

So, is this trend one that will stick around or chip away and fade? Do you think that women will take to this new trend? Because, in all honesty, we women wouldn’t take too well to seeing you in our skimpy pink lingerie… Oh, dear God, I hope I didn’t give anyone any ideas…
