TMZ reports that the Khloe deal almost didn’t get done because E! and FOX couldn’t work out a deal that would allow Khloe to appear on both of the networks. X Factor was just about to give up on Khloe, but Kris Jenner came in and saved the day. She allegedly stepped in over everybody involved and made both networks sit down and work out a deal.

Both Khloe and Mario have released statements on their new gigs. You can read them down below…

“Hi loves. I’m sure you’ve been hearing the rumors and I’m SO excited that I can finally confirm the news — I am joining the X Factor as co-host with Mario Lopez. I’m a huge fan of the show so I literally fell over in my chair when I heard that I was being considered for this role.” Khloe wrote on her blog.

Mario Lopez released his own statement and had this to say,

“I’m very excited to be joining The X Factor team. I love the show, and I’ve been a big fan of Simon Cowell and the judges for a long time. Khloe and I have been friends for years and I know we’ll be a great team and have a blast.” the 39-year-old said.

“Mr. Hogan had a reasonable expectation of his privacy, just as all Americans have a reasonable expectation of their privacy in their bedrooms.” attorney Charles Harder said to the media.

Gawker has not commented on the lawsuit, but one has to imagine they’re a little busy right about now. We’re sure this debacle is doing wonders for their website traffic.

Hogan is also suing the woman he was banging in the video and her ex-husband Bubba the Love Sponge. The amount he is suing them for is still unclear, but it’s pretty clear that he feels hurt and betrayed. Hogan claimed in the lawsuit that the video caused a “severe” and “irreparable” injury that cannot be adequately compensated by monetary damages.

Meanwhile, the lawyer for Bubba is hoping that Bubba and Hulk can get their friendship back,

“My hope is that these two preserve their friendship. I can’t comment on the suit. This has caused harm to Bubba and he didn’t release it, he didn’t condone the release of it. He wants to find out who did that and he wants that person to be held accountable.”

Pfft, I’d let someone secretly tape me having sex for $100 million.

Dina Lohan wants Lindsay to do just that to her father, Michael Lohan. The order would make it just about impossible for Michael to contact Lindsay in anyway; no texts, no phones calls and no e-mails. Dina claims that it is best for everyone involved, and that Michael is behind most of the family drama. She feels this order will bring Lindsay and her closer together.

However, Lindsay is not on board with this protection order business. Sources tell TMZ that Lindsay thinks the order of protection is a bit harsh; plus Lindsay has really spent enough time in the courtroom and she doesn’t want to go back in it. Dina also asked her other children to do the same, but we’re not sure how they responded to the idea.

As always with the Lohan group; it’s the battle of two insane parents. Michael says that Dina is the problem and Dina says that Michael is the problem. Have they ever thought that they might both be the problem? Or would that just make too much sense?

However, Verlander’s grandfather is now speaking out after being asked directly about the rumors by Celebuzz,

“I heard he has been on dates with a Sports Illustrated girl. I saw a photo – she’s beautiful. They make a good looking pair because he’s a good looking man too. I do know he’s on the dating scene. Justin is a fine boy and whoever he ends up with is lucky. He’s not only a great baseball player, he’s a great guy.”

Daaaaaamn, Gramps. You really know how to build up a guy, even I am thinking about dating Justin Verlander. Although that probably has more to do with the fact that he can throw a 100mph fastball and then make hitters look completely silly with an 89mph change.

This proves that the chicks don’t only dig the long ball but they dig the strikeouts, as well. If Verlander really is getting a taste of Kate Upton, then I don’t see how you could bet against the Tigers in the playoffs. You know he’s going to win every game he starts; he has Kate Upton waiting for him back at the hotel.

He’s taking the mound more than twice a night…if you know what I mean.

“Yesterday during the show me and my tour manager Josh had some stuff stolen. Really sucks. People should respect others’ property.” Bieber tweeted.

“since I was 14 I have had a lot of things said about me, from dying, to taking hormones, to dying again, to stuff about my family…to saying I had a baby with a woman I never even met, nude pics, drugs, my family, my character…but today…today I get to be in on it…” Bieber tweeted to his followers.

A police canine sniffed out the drugs on Nelly’s bus, and that is when police came in and searched all over the bus. They found 36 small bags of heroin, over 10 pounds of weed and a loaded .45 caliber pistol. Nelly was questioned, but he was not arrested because someone else on the bus admitted that everything was his and was arrested at the scene.

Nelly claims that he had no idea that 10 pounds of weed was on his tour bus,

“It is my understanding a member of my staff made and unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning. Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board.” Nelly told TMZ

Anyone else buying it? I’m not. It seems like it would be hard to miss someone trying to bring on 10 pounds of weed to a bus. He basically smuggled a small baby onto the tour bus without anyone knowing. Seems a little fishy to me! But, then again…would Nelly really be that stupid to go through that checkpoint with all those drugs? I wouldn’t even go through that checkpoint with NyQuil in my car.

As most of you know Kristen Stewart cheated on Robert with a much older married man. Robert was deeply hurt, but sources have claimed that Robert has taken her back. Some reports even claim that they are living under the same roof again, so why is Robert getting close with some blonde woman at the Electric Room?

These pictures certainly don’t prove anything, but it does look like Robert is getting pretty close with this blonde woman. Could it have been just a friend? Or maybe he is not back with Kristen Stewart and is dipping in his toes in the dating pool.

However, it’s probably safe to assume that he was not cheating on K-Stew. We couldn’t imagine he would ever cheat on someone after finding out just how much it hurts. Plus, everyone in the world loves him right now and feels bad for him; he wouldn’t screw all that up by cheating on Stewart.

So, basically…these pictures prove absolutely nothing at the moment.

TMZ has watched the full 30 minute tape and claims that the final few minutes of the tape shows Bubba the Love Sponge coming on screen and telling Clem, “If we ever did want to retire, all we’d have to do is use this footage.”

Clem didn’t sound too thrilled about the idea of leaking the tape and made him take back what he said on camera. This certainly plays right into Hogan’s story, who has been saying from the start that Bubba gave him permission to have sex with his former wife.

Hogan has filed a police report and hopes to find the person who did indeed leak the tape. The 59-year-old was asked how we felt about the fact that his good friend Bubba might be behind the tape and he replied with,

“I’m sick to my stomach. If you had anything to do with this, that means we were never friends.”

Ouch, that has to hurt. However, if your best friend ever offers you free sex with his wife…you can probably bet there is some secret motive behind it.

That’s right the underage Bieber was pictured playing a game of beer pong with a large group of friends. It’s not clear where the pictures were taken, but TMZ spoke with a source who said the picture was taken back with Justin was only 17, so even if it happened in Canada; he’d still be participating in underage in drinking.

Hopefully Justin’s mom doesn’t hear about all of this. Bieber had a pledge drawn up by his attorney, in which he promised to not touch alcohol until he turns 21. He supposedly gave it to his mother to ease her constant worrying about her teenage superstar.

Looks like Bieber will have some explaining to do! He might need to make a new pledge where he promises that he won’t get caught drinking again until he turns 21. But, did she really believe him when he made that promise? He probably made that promise when he was 14 and his favorite drink was still chocolate milk. People grow up and they start to want different things, at least that is what I have heard. Personally, I’d still drink a nice cold glass of chocolate milk over alcohol any day of the week.

Cissy is also concerned with the company Bobbi is surrounding herself with. She doesn’t like her boyfriend (Nick Gordon) and she can’t stand her father Bobby, who she says will suck all the money he can from Bobbi Kristina. She also feels that Bobbi is far too young and impressionable at the young age of 19, and she doesn’t think it would be wise for a 19-year-old with drug problems to have millions in her bank account.

Sources say that Cissy has no problem with Bobbi getting the money; she just wants her to wait a few years before she does.

Of course, Cissy claims she is just looking out for Bobbi and is disgusted by people saying she is just trying to get all the money to herself. Cissy and Pat Houston are so “concerned” about the situation that they filed a request this week to change Whitney’s will, in an attempt to change the distribution schedule of the inheritance.

So, what do you all think? Is Cissy doing this for all the right or wrong reasons? Can Bobbi really trust anybody anymore? Or is everyone just after her money? The 19-year-old is in a very difficult spot at the moment.

So, how did Mila feel about her most recent victory? Well, she sat down for an interview with the magazine and had this to say,

Well, isn’t that sweet! And you know the sweetest part? I actually believe all of that! She really doesn’t seem like the type that lets it all go to her head. She is not only one of the sexiest women alive, but she seems to be one of the sweetest. It’s just a shame that she is currently under the ‘Ashton Kutcher’ spell at the moment, but what can you do when the douchebag comes from you?

Linda thrown in jail, but was released a few hours later on a $5,000 bail. Sources say that she was also charged with driving on a suspended license. Reps for the 53-year-old mad woman are already trying to clean up her mess. The rep claims that Linda is extremely sorry and that the .084 was because she had a glass of champagne on an empty stomach. Linda’s rep also says that Linda was not charged with driving on a suspended license.

This is certainly a horrible week for the Hogan family. As we mentioned above, Hulk Hogan just had a sex tape released on the internet. We linked to the video/story above, so watch at your own risk. The Hulkinator has threatened to sue any site that puts the sex tape online; claiming he was secretly filmed.

I’m not sure what sick individual would actually want to secretly film Hulk Hogan having sex, but who am I to judge? After all, I am the creep who actually watched a minute of the god awful tape.

“I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I’d rather be single allowing us both be happy in our lives.” Brown told Hollywoodlife.com

This news doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone. Gossip sites all over the internet have been talking about this all week, and it seemed clear to everyone that Chris Brown and Rihanna might be getting back together. It just looks like they cannot stay away from each other, but is that a good thing? Are they toxic for each other? Will another incident happen a few months down the road? Only time will tell.

However, for right now things appear to be going great between Brown and Rihanna. They spent three nights together this week. On October 1 they were seen “kissing” and “hugging” each other at nightclub Griffin. On October 2 they were spotted at 1Oak, and on October 3 they were seen cuddling with each other at Jay-Z’s concert.

Brown’s ex Karrueche Tran says she feels betrayed by Chris and knows that he and Rihanna are more than just friends. She claims that she was truly in love with Chris and states that the relationship was going great until Rihanna came back into the picture.

A source tells Star magazine that Eric Johnson cheated on Jessica Simpson with his ex-wife Keri Johnson,

“He’s a two-timing cheat! He was still having sex with Keri after he started seeing Jessica. She needs to think twice before marrying him. He’s already cheated on her once — he’ll most likely do it again.” the source told the magazine.

Star magazine also claims that Eric Johnson isn’t very excited about his future wedding with Jessica Simpson. It may be that he doesn’t want to settle down quite yet, or maybe he just wants to sleep with his ex-wife without feeling guilty? Jessica Simpson first met Eric at a friend’s house; they met while Eric was still with Keri.

It is important to note that a close friend of Jessica Simpson has told The Huffington Post that the story is “ridiculous.“ The friend also claims that Eric is the most devoted fiancé and father.

So, who do you believe?

During a taping of Season 12 auditions in Charlotte, Nicki Minaj went off on Mariah Carey. The tirade was so long and disruptive that producers had no choice but to stop filming for the rest of the day. “I told them I’m not f*kin’ putting up with her f*kin’ highness over there.” Nicki says at one point. Minaj also tells American Idol producers they better “figure something out” whatever that means. It’s clear that Minaj seems to have a problem with Mariah Carey, and no one seems to be surprised by this. Nicki doesn’t seem like the type that would get invited to Mariah’s mansion for a cup of tea.

In the middle of all this are Randy Jackson and Keith Urban who were both seen trying to calm both of the women down. Randy has seen his share of arguments while being on Idol, but none quite like this. Producers are really worried that the show might collapse before it even airs its first episode. Everyone involved with Idol is concerned and we’re told they’re doing everything they can to find a solution.
