Supermodel Stephanie Seymour, who is embroiled in a bitter divorce with estranged husband Peter Brant, has taken her clothes off for Vanity Fair.

Brant is a multimillionaire businessman and polo pony breeder who is seeking sole custody of the couple’s three children because, he claims, Seymour is hooked on drugs and booze and has repeatedly cheated on pee tests to hide it. He also claims his estranged wife’s shopping habit costs $257,000 a month.

Seymour, 41, accuses Brant of trying to turn their children against her and ordering the domestic staff to keep her away from them. Also, there is a dispute over a Maurizio Cattelan bust of Seymour said to resemble either a hunting trophy or the figurehead on a ship’s bow.

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Sandra Bullock has some concerns not only over her husband’s porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, but of Lindemulder’s new lover, ex-con Jeremy Aikman.

According to ABC News, court records show Aikman has a record of “several convictions involving alcohol, guns and manufacture of narcotics.”

Bullock and husband Jesse James are fighting Lindemulder in court for custody of James’ and Lindemulder’s five-year-old girl.

James has had sole guardianship of the child since Lindemulder, an adult film star and director, was jailed for tax evasion.

Federal prosecutors on August 22, 2008 said Lindemulder, 39, of Huntington Beach, Calif., failed to pay more than $200,000 in taxes owed to the Internal Revenue Service.

She served six months behind bars and was recently released.

Now she wants her daughter back and went on Good Morning America Tuesday to make her case. “What would give her the right to take away my daughter?” Lindemulder asked. “I am the best mother I can be.”

But Lindemulder also admitted, “I absolutely have made horrific choices in the past.”

According to court papers filed by James, those choices include “allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”

We are learning a lot about Fergie and husband Josh Duhamel these days and it seems they are one kinky couple. Josh is into women who look like men, he gets excited by fat rolls and has a voracious appetite for sex and Fergie thinks she has a halo on her head but her crotch is a sinner who can send someone straight into the fiery pits of Hades. 

First, Josh was accused by stripper Nicole Forrester of having sex with her. She even apparently tooke and passed a lie detector test about it!

Duhamel denied Forrester’s story, saying in a statement: “This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity. This story is absolutely ridiculous.”

 The Black Eyed Peas singer is on the cover of sex-obsessed Cosmopolitan magazine talking about, what else, sex. And she’s also getting religion into the mix!

“You know, in Italy, Catholic boys are raised to believe that there are two types of women: the Madonna and the whore,” she says in the December issue. “And me? I’m both.”

Anyway, interviewed  before her husband’s stripper brouhaha, Fergie also talked about how Josh likes her – fat, skinny, or both? (Fergie put on a few for the film “Nine,” coming out later this month.)

“When I came home from filming he was excited. He enjoys having both: the extra meat to grab when it’s there and the tight stomach when that’s there…he’s never been critical.”

Meanwhile, the new issue of Us Weekly has just hit newstands and it has more details on Josh Duhamel’s alleged fling with the Atlanta stripper.

Nicole Forrester has revealed the two “had lots of sex” at the $830-a-night St. Regis hotel after he came into the Tattletale club where she works in Atlanta. (Duhamel, 37, is in the city shooting the comedy, Life As We Know It.)

Forrester claimed that they watched a porno movie and hooked up. Forrester’s lawyer, Romin Alavi, tells the new Us Weekly, “They fell asleep together, and he kept waking her up to have more sex.”

Alavi also tells Us Weekly that Duhamel never paid Forrester for sex but did give her $100 for cab fare.

During the night, Forrester claims, Fergie’s name came up just once: “After he told me his real name, I asked, ‘Are you Fergie’s husband?’ And he was like, ‘You know what you know.’”

A lawyer for Duhamel strongly denies the stripper’s claims – and wife Fergie, 34, is standing by her man. “Fergie says nothing is wrong. Every time I ask her how married life is, she says, ‘Awesome!’” says a source.

Another source tells Us Weekly, “Josh told her it didn’t happen, and she believes him.”

Ofcourse the magazine goes on to claim that Josh even bragged about the one night stand to his buddies.

They say it’s the smaller dogs that have the nastiest bite, and it seems it is true in the case of Mini Me.

Austin Powers star Verne Troyer is in one tiny pickle after his ex-girlfriend (who we still maintain is one kinky girl) went to court alleging he abused and threatened her.

The actor, famous for playing Mini Me in the hit movies, is now banned from approaching model Yvette Monet.

Troyer, who appeared in this year’s Celebrity Big Brother, allegedly bombarded the former beauty queen with abusive texts calling her a “hooker”.

Stunning 5ft 9in blonde Yvette, who towers over 2ft 8in Troyer, told a judge in LA she feared for her life after he warned she “better watch out” because his pals had guns.

In court papers Yvette, 25, admitted that she had dated Troyer, 40, but said they split up months ago.

She alleged that the star constantly bombards her with texts and emails, despite her begging him to stop.

And Minnesota-born Yvette, who works mainly as a bit-part actress, said she was scared because she believed Troyer owns a gun.

She told a judge “Verne’s friend Bart is carrying guns and will do anything he says” and “his friend Jose is a cop and has guns as well”.

She added: “I’m afraid for my life.”

Yvette has been granted a temporary restraining order against Troyer until next month.

The actor – who recently appeared alongside the late Heath Ledger in The Imaginarium Of Dr Parnassus – must stay more than 100 yards from her home, workplace and vehicle.

David Hasselhoff has gotten himself in trouble, but this time in British Columbia, Canada.

David spent the weekend at the Cascade Casino where he took every opportunity to taste all the free booze offered. At some point though, he got into a fiery drunk argument with an old lady who was also gambling at the casino (no word if David wanted the same slot machine). The argument got so intense that three security guards walked towards David, tried to calm him down and when that didn’t work, they escorted him out of the casino.

David was seen hitting the bottle again only seven hours later. No word if urinated-on hotel beds were also involved this time around (see last drinking marathon in London)..

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly trying to stop the release of an 11-hour tape shot by her first husband Ojani Noa 12 years ago. National Enquirer reports:

The ‘I Kissed A Girl’ singer has promised to flash her flesh while presenting MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) on Thursday night after her British boyfriend persuaded her to let down her guard.
