There might really be a reason to worry, too. Because Nick has been hanging out in the Skid Row area of downtown Los Angeles and some think he started to use drugs. In fact his wife even filed court papers back in February, expressing concern that Nick may be using drugs. It’s believed that she thinks drugs have played a role in his disappearance.

Nick’s rep has no comment at the time.

Sources connected with TMZ say that Demi will be getting just a little over a million to join the X Factor team. That is still a lot of money, of course. However, it is nowhere close to the amount of money Britney Spears will be making. Obviously they are paying Britney Spears so much because of her name and popularity. Plus the fact that she might go crazy at any time.

Simon Cowell seems to very happy with the two new judges. He is really excited to work with Demi Lovato and is impressed by how much she has accomplished at such a young age.

She was arrested this time for lying about a medical condition to get out of a mandated drug court appearance. She could be facing some serious jail time if the accusations of lying to the court turn out to be true. Amber claimed that she couldn’t make it to her drug test because she was on doctor-ordered bed rest following a gall bladder surgery for 2-3 weeks.

However, that was just one big fat lie. The officials thought she might be lying so they called her doctor and he said no such thing had been ordered. It wasn’t the first time she missed a drug test either. She missed one back in March, as well.

So, you wanna be a Teen Mom, huh? Better think twice.
